Heritage listed circa 1860 property set in over an acre of award winning gardens on the banks of the River Angas. Three restored and decorated charming accommodations, first is the two bedded fully heritage listed bluestone Managers Cottage. This cottage can also be requested as a one bedded option. Next is the cute and cosy one bedroom blue stone Stables cottage, both these cottages boast spa bathrooms. The third option is the more contemporary decorated and furnished Garden Suite, this two bedded cottage is located in what was once a wing of the main restored Gasworks building, now sealed off and completely private for guests, this cottage is ideal for longer stays as it has its own washing machine. Otherwise laundry can be done at the coin laundry just across the road from the property. The hosts live in the main building and are happy for as much or little interaction as desired. All the accommodations have televisions, own kitchens and reverse cycle air conditioning. Generous breakfast provisions are included as well as tea, coffee and a decanter complimentary bottle of Bleasdale port. For direct bookings of two days or more a fine bottle of local red wine is provided.
