De Bortoli Wines is a fourth-generation family-owned business in the picturesque Hunter Valley. Their Cellar door is a selection of table wines including their three Hunter Valley wines, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Rose. A selection of their world-class Premium Fortified wines and the iconic De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis Semillon are also available for tasting. Local artisan craft markets are held every Saturday. Barbecue cooking classes are available on select Saturdays. Pinot & Picasso art classes are held onsite. Sydney Rocks Oysters are onsite every Saturday and Sunday, selling oysters direct from the farm and prawn platters.
