Small fenced undercover area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses. Pillows and quilts provided, guests need to bring their own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat, tea towels. No smoking inside. Small dogs by arrangement.
