The dining area and lounge feature a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, a large smart TV (no DVD player), a three-seater lounge, a 2.5-seater lounge, and a coffee table. Sliding doors lead out to a balcony with an outdoor setting and a hooded BBQ, offering sea glimpses. The main bedroom includes a fan/light, TV, built-in robe, and an ensuite with a dual sink vanity, shower, and toilet. There is another lounge area with a large smart TV (no DVD player), a three-seater lounge, two lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and pets are not allowed.
