Mortimers Wines welcomes you back to school as you swirl, smell and taste your way through a diverse range of wines as you identify and analyse the intricacies of wine aromas and flavours. Led by father and son Peter and Daniel Mortimer, this interactive wine tasting experience will expand your knowledge and appreciation of all things wine. Ticket includes a vineyard tour, aroma challenge, palate discovery platter and personal Wine School workbook and lexicon to use throughout the evening. These intimate sessions are limited to 30 guests per night.
