Our Little Beach House is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with the advantage of being both located opposite a quiet reserve and only a short walk to the beach. Dining and a living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, bluetooth speakers, views of the ocean. Free Wifi Bathroom with double bowl vanity, full size bath, walk in shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer. Large sliding door in dining area opens to the back yard with BBQ. Fish cleaning facility Off street parking for a car and boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - King, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 single beds plus 2 trundle beds A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Tiddy Widdy which is located just around the corner. It's a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, Newsagency, Bakery, Bank and a Hotel. Shed not for guests use. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
