Elementary is located in the volcanic city of Mount Gambier on the Limestone Coast, South Australia. The restaurants location, geographically, is 35km off the southern coastline, roughly a 4.5-hour drive or a 45-minute flight from Adelaide or Melbourne. The restaurant is open plan fostering a cosy atmosphere, featuring chef's table dining for up to 23 guests with two additional tables of six off the kitchen bench. Serving an ever-changing multi-course tasting menu featuring seasonal local produce and a unique beverage offering catering to all tastes. Elementary focuses on international and local wines, Australian spirits, Japanese and Australian Sake and strong temperance/non-alcoholic offerings.
