Bakery Hill is a proudly independent, family-owned and operated single malt whisky distillery in Kensington, central Melbourne. Established in 1999, Bakery Hill is the longest-running whisky distillery on the mainland and features some of the oldest filled casks in Australia. Bakery Hill has built a reputation as being one the finest distilleries in the country and has been honoured to receive worldwide accolades including 2005 Best Small Distillery Whisky in the World (Whisky Bible), and 2020 Southern Hemisphere Whisky of the Year (Whisky Bible). The new distillery in Kensington offers distillery tours, and tastings, and can host a multitude of private functions and events.
