Their seasonally changing menu celebrates the best local and organic ingredients, from hearty salads and wraps to freshly baked cakes and pastries, all paired with locally roasted organic coffee. Their menu changes regularly in line with seasonal shifts, but some things never change such as all their ingredients are organic and they source ingredients from their own farms just down the hill, or from local suppliers who share their ethos. They love the challenge of adapting to what is in season and at it's very best right now. They have a vegetable first focus where dairy and meat are only supporting actors in their kitchen, never the star. They take care that no food goes to waste. They experiment and innovate to make use of every part. Anything unusable is composted onsite and goes right back into the soil. They don't offer takeaway cups. Instead, enjoy your coffee in an edible cup or sit in, slow down and take in the gardens. Every coffee and meal helps grow their community: 100% of profits are reinvested into CERES' environmental and social projects.
