Learn the art of wet felting and make your own hat with textile artist, Jo Barr. In this full-day workshop, you will work with Australian fine merino wool to create your own felt. To practice the technique, you will manipulate your hand-made felt into a flower to make a simple brooch. Once you've honed your skills, you will shape your felt into a hat of your chosen style. You will have the option of cloche, concertina or small-brimmed hat. At the end of the day, you will have a one-of-a-kind hat to top off any outfit.
