Located in the North Shores area of Wallaroo's North Beach, Timaru is a spacious single-level holiday house with a secure fenced yard, ideal for families, groups or corporate stays. Timaru has five bedrooms comprising three queen bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one with two bunks (four singles), sleeping up to 12 guests. Quilts and pillows are provided, with guests to supply their own linen, or linen hire is available through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied; guests will need to bring bedding. There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet adjoining the master queen bedroom, with hallway access. The main bathroom is three-way with bath, walk-in shower, vanity and separate toilet. The home features ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the dining area. The front lounge room offers comfortable seating, a large television with USB and HDMI ports, DVD player, DVDs and board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, with multiple dining spaces indoors and outside. Laundry facilities, outdoor entertaining with barbecue, and off-street and secure garage parking are provided. Timaru is a short drive to Wallaroo's shops and dining, and a 10-minute walk to North Beach.
