The 314 Movement Launch is a free, peer-led community event introducing Australia's first LGBTQIAPN+ mental health initiative built around a simple daily practice: Three Gratitudes, One Support, Four Breaths. They will be gathering outdoors in North Fitzroy to share food, stories, creativity, and time together. This isn't a talk, a lecture, or a workshop you have to complete — it's a gentle check-in with yourself and with each other. This is not a clinical space. It's a grassroots community event.
