Workshop - Keeping Precious Photos Safe

Keeping Precious Photos Safe is a practical, hands-on workshop focused on caring for your family photographs and preserving them for the future. Led by Museum of the Riverina collection and conservation professionals, this session will show you how to safely handle, store and protect photographs from damage caused by light, moisture and everyday wear. Participants are encouraged to bring along a small selection of their own photographs to work with during the workshop. This workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to protect their photographs and ensure their memories can be enjoyed and shared for generations to come. This workshop is part of a three-part series presented alongside Stuff: 100 Wild, Weird and Wonderful Objects from the Museum of the Riverina Collection.
