Located on Port Victoria’s beachfront, Sea Ya offers uninterrupted sea views along the northern coastline. Sea Ya has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen & single, double & single; sleeping up to 8 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen with them, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. There are 2 bathrooms - an ensuite bathroom (adjacent to queen & trundle bedroom) with shower & toilet; and a main bathroom with bath & shower; plus a separate toilet. There is ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The combined lounge & dining area is spacious, with a choice of dining at the table or sitting at the breakfast bar to enjoy the sea views. In the lounge is a large television with USB port, DVD player & DVD’s, video player, board games & books . The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, medium fridge with freezer at bottom, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Sea Ya has a complete laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, making it ideal for long term stays. There is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles or 1 car and a boat. With 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, Sea Ya is excellent accommodation for a family, tradesperson or corporate stays.
